Louisiana Association of Business and Industry President Stephen Waguespack on Tuesday sounded the latest in a series of alarms over costly lawsuits being a drag on economic development… “It is your fight,” Waguespack said. “You’re paying. You’re paying when you’re driving your car. You’re paying when you insure your house. You’re paying when you go to the store and buy goods and services. And it’s holding us back as we compete for jobs and investment.”
