Louisiana Lawsuit Abuse Watch’s Melissa Landry was featured in a letter to the editor in the Times-Picayune this week, as she responded to an editorial on the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority’s lawsuit.
Melissa writes, “The editorial raised an interesting point about the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority’s unprecedented lawsuit, which has been the subject of so much controversy in the legislature. Let the courts rule on the merits of case.”
