Lawsuit loan sharks harm consumers and courts in Louisiana

Don’t fall prey to lawsuit lenders. By promising fast cash to people who are at their weakest – such as those struggling to pay medical bills after recovering from an injury – they are able to take advantage of ordinary Louisianans for years. Fees and astronomical interest rates are hidden in the deceptively no-strings-attached deals. After the lawsuit is over and the fees are paid off, consumers may end up with nothing, or even owe the lender more money than they made.

These loan sharks are hurting consumers and our legal system by encouraging unnecessary lawsuits, plunging innocent people into debt, and raising the costs of litigation. Read more about lawsuit lenders of Louisiana here.
